Your card payment is not debited until your goods are dispatched. For cheque payments please allow a little longer for funds to clear prior to dispatch. We do not provide any customer details to canvassers, research groups etc. We may however use your details from time to time regarding promotions etc.
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable and are exclusive of postage.
Any purchases from this web site will be deemed to have occurred on main land United Kingdom, and will therefore be governed by English Law.
On this Internet site we operate a currency converter, which operates in a completed currency of sterling, but Dollars or Euros can be used. These will then be converted into sterling using your banks current exchange rate.
DELIVERY AND POSTAGE.
We have a standard rate of £3.95 for delivery to mainland UK addresses. For overseas orders including BFPO and Channel Islands postage will be charged at cost.We use a resistered mail delivery service, which will need a signature upon receipt. Please allow three working days for UK mainland deliveries however some times this may take longer. If this is the case you will be notified of any delay by email or telephone. For orders over £50 postage and packing is free.
Shipment to the United States and the rest of the world may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are levied once a shipment reaches its destination country. These additional customs clearance charges must be borne by you. Unfortunately we have no control over the charges and cannot predict what they may be.
RETURNS
We hope you will be completely happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to return goods, we will be happy to exchange those goods, or refund your money in full. Please complete the returns form on the back of your delivery note, re-package the item and send them to: 21 Hawcroft, Holt, Wiltshire, BA14 6RN.
If you are returning faulty of damaged goods, we will refund your postage costs. Please allow 14 days for processing. Cheque refunds will be sent by post, credit card refunds will appear on your next bank or credit card statement. On receipt of your return we will email you to confirm the refund or exchange has taken place. We recommend you obtain proof of posting from your post office. Under the distance-selling act, you are entitled to a 7-day cooling off period. This entitles you to the right to cancel an order within 7 working days after delivery. Provided the returns conditions are upheld in full.
Conditions of return:
1. Goods returned for refund or exchange must be received in resalable condition and unworn, unless supplied faulty or damaged.
2. Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
3.We are only able to refund postage where goods are faulty.
4. These conditions do not affect your statutory right.
AVAILABILITY, SIZING AND COLOUR.
Due to an item being popular, on occasion some garments may be out of stock. If this is the case please allow up to 28 days for delivery. However, you also have the option to omit that item from your orderif you so wish. You will be notified of any out of stock items within 2 working days of your order. All sizes, measurements and weights are approximate and are for reference only. Colours may vary slightly to those shown on our web pages due to colour imaging processes.
